Welcome to our new and improved Website! Most group programs commenced the week of September 12, 2011, but new ones will be added as and when there is interest. ITALIAN for beginners will start on Tuesday, 1/10/12 at 7 PM, and is open to 7 students. New students are welcome to join existing classes subject to space and an evaluation. Please contact us to secure your space in a group or individual program, and note that our programs can be taken “on the road” to schools, colleges, businesses, and community groups. If you can’t attend a program in person, ask us about SKYPING your program!
The 6th annual clothing drive for Guapi, Colombia ended on November 4, 2011, and our shipment has now reached its destination in Guapi, Colombia. Heartfelt THANKS to all who contributed this year. Special thanks go to the Langston family for their generosity in sponsoring and taking care of the shipment to Colombia again this year! This was our 6th annual collection of gently used summer clothing mainly for children (of all ages), but also for young adults and adults. Please find out more about the activities and goals of Fundación Pacífico del Cauca, a charitable organization that helps students in poverty stricken Guapi, Colombia that was started in 2006 by our former teacher, Ricardo Gomez, a native of Colombia.
